As financial director, could you introduce the FNCPG-CATM and your role within it?
We are a veterans’ federation, and we look after 110,000 members organized into departmental associations. Our contacts are the Presidents of these associations and the Ministry of Defense, particularly the Secretary of State for Veterans Affairs, currently represented by Geneviève Darrieussecq. We are responsible for the duty of remembrance as well as the duty of reparation. Rights have emerged from our demands, such as the recognition of Algerian War veterans, and we continue to fight.
I am the head of administration and finance. We manage the Federation’s funds, its finances, membership fees, etc. In addition, we publish a newspaper, create medals for regional ceremonies, and prepare the Congresses held every two years, as well as the Federal Committees every 3 months. I am here to coordinate all of this, and my entire team is with me here at the BURO Club business center.
You recently moved into the BURO Club Trocadéro center; what services have you selected?
We have indeed sold the Federation’s historic headquarters, and while waiting to find suitable premises for purchase in Paris, we chose 400 m² of turnkey offices at the BURO Club Trocadéro business center. It’s temporary, but we are satisfied with it.
Our contact person, Ms. Guetata, did everything to meet our requests. She quickly made space for us, despite our very short deadlines. For example, we had to install our IT equipment, which was handled by their IT specialists and ours. This focus on service and client relations is a major strength.
What advantages does the business center offer, in your opinion?
In addition to these service qualities, we chose this center to remain close to our former address: we are staying in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. We are looking for our future address by the end of the year, but BURO Club is perfectly suitable for this transition.
