The pricing for a domiciliation contract starts from âŹ19.90 excl. VAT per month within the BURO Club network. It varies depending on the domiciliation center, your legal structure, and any additional fees related to the professional services you wish to add. As soon as you opt for a company domiciliation service, you automatically join the BURO Cluber's loyalty program for free, which gives you access to a multitude of exclusive benefits.
We can register all main legal structures: SA, SARL, EURL, Sole Proprietorship, EIRL, SNC (General Partnership), SAS, SASU, Freelancer, SCI, Liaison or representative office (1st establishment in France of a foreign company), branch (for foreign companies only). Upon gathering the necessary documents for your domiciliation, BURO Club allows you to register your activity at the address of the business center you have chosen, and immediately assigns you a specific location for your mail.
Whether it's for company creation or a registered office transfer, you will prepare a domiciliation contract. It will be considered final and validated by both parties once the supporting documents are received by our advisors (or submitted online by you) and verified by our services. A contract is therefore considered final only if both copies are signed by both parties, the supporting documents are submitted and verified by our services, and, of course, the first payment has been made. Under no circumstances can you present the pre-domiciliation contract to official bodies if the steps described above have not been followed.
